Down the Rabbit Hole – Part Four

This content has been archived. It may no longer be relevant

To this point, we’ve covered the unfortunate progenitors of modern spirituality and world-view as it pertains to how modern culture perceives humanity. I hope you have recognized the far reaching impact these nefarious actors have had, because it truly is horrendous. The question, in my mind at least, becomes “what exactly enabled this? How did we as a peoples come to a place where we would intrinsically accept, or at least tolerate such notions?”

The answer, I believe is quite simple; evolution.

Let me explain…

There is simply no denying, when one looks beyond ham-fisted attempts to reconcile the theory of evolution with the principles laid out in scripture that the theory of evolution and the biblical creation narrative are diametrically opposed to one another. They truly are. I have heard arguments to the contrary, and even personally held such views in the past, but the fact is that when one really analyzes the issue, any perceived semblance of agreement between the two rapidly disintegrates.

Here’s the thing; either God created everything or He didn’t. If He DID, and chose to spin us a yarn about six days instead of explaining to us that this was a process spanning millions of years… well that would mean He lied. Slice that any which way you want; either God is NOT the author of confusion, or He is – pro-tip; He’s NOT. See 1 Corinthians 14:33.

If God didn’t create us, then we have no God and, in fact, become our own “gods” in effect. This idea underpins the ideologies of Theosophy and “Crowleyism”. Moreover, if not God, then it falls to man to direct his own evolution if he, by means of his own intellect and reason, chooses to actively engage it – and therein lies the bedrock of eugenics. You follow?

This all may strike you as very esoteric in nature and I grant you that it is… at least it should be. Sadly, these ideas have become so pervasive as to largely escape our active notice. They have further directed the actions and influences of countless figures throughout world-history, even to the point of predating the figure whom I am about to address.

Charles Darwin

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the foundational issue. We could argue whether or not such an outcome was the intent of Mr. Darwin when he put forth his thesis – but the truth is that it doesn’t matter. Put plainly, it’s been said that “the road to hell is paved with good intentions” and quite frankly, where we find ourselves now is looking quite hellish if you ask me.

To be fair, the idea of evolution did not originate with Charles Darwin – it is understood that the fundamental ideas which make up this world-view had, in fact, been around for a long time prior to his having penned his no (in)famous book; On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life.

Quit a long title no? Did you know that this was the full, actual title of this book?

Does it sound racist? That’s because it is.

Scripture tells us that man is differentiated from every other being in creation. Did you know this? Consider the following:

The Lord God formed the man from the soil of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

Genesis 1:7

In Genesis, we’re told that God called every other physical being into creation and they existed – but when it came to man, the process changed. God didn’t simply call man into being, He formed him from the earth and then breathed into him, causing him to come to life. This is an act recorded for no other creature in all of creation anywhere in scripture. Not even the angelic host are attributed this particular feat. I personally believe there’s even more to be gleaned from that singular event, but that will have to wait for another time.

The point is that this singular act utterly destroys any perceived synchronicity to be had between creation and evolution. The fact is that if we adhere to an evolutionary view, we essentially strip man of his rightful place within creation; we relegate him to being nothing more than an animal… and the ramifications of that are considerable. It begins by denying that we, as human-beings bear the image of the Almighty God and denies that we are God Breathed and therefore unique among creation.

Think about this for a moment – if man is simply another form of animal, then given the often violent nature of “nature”, one would have to conclude that much of what we view as morality becomes based solely on our collective agreement. If that agreement is withdrawn, then what basis do we have to protest, or be morally outraged? I mean, no one wails or mourns for a mouse when it’s killed by a cat… and no one faults the cat for adhering to it’s nature right?

In truth, when we relegate man to the status of an animal, we see that all manner of atrocity and perversion actually fail to hold any status as being reprehensible… trans-humanism, eugenics, mass-depopulation, rape, murder, slavery, pedophilia and to my original point in the first article, even the holocaust ~ the list is endless. All such matters would thereby be relegated to the status of intellectual constructs and would therefore be as malleable as the minds which currently adhere to them.

The crux of this is to say that, apart from God, all those things which we view as moral, right and just become a house of cards that could be easily toppled at any time. Apart from God, there is no unilateral “morality” beyond that which society collectively agrees… and we have been witnessing that agreement disintegrate before our very eyes.

I could go on at length about this particular topic – I spent years of my life researching, considering and debating this topic. The conclusions I have reached are two-fold:

  1. The narrative presented to us in Genesis is true and authoritative. It was dictated to Moses by the Creator of the Universe Himself and represents a factual accounting of what He did, and the order and timing in which He did it.
  2. People either “get this” or they don’t. Very few among the rank-and-file of humanity are open to honest discussion and analysis of the issue. Most people have determined what they believe, whether based on fact, evidence or faith on either side of the debate, and are not interested in contradictory views or ideas.

As for me… I don’t take direction or advice from “talking monkeys”.

In conclusion, I sincerely hope you see the connections I am putting forth, because the ideas and philosophies put forth by those I’ve discussed to this point are all linked and/ or intertwined. They likewise form a wicked web of thought that is culminating across the globe even now.

We’re not quite done yet. Next week, I intend to tie this all together and show you that this has not been a seemingly random grouping of topics, but a cohesive presentation of fact and reality.

Until next time,
